Glow Up

Glow Up does not collect anything. That is the whole policy — the rest of this page is only the detail behind it.
Your habits and the days you marked them done are stored on your iPhone, in the app's own container, shared with the Glow Up widget so the widget can draw them. Your preferences — glow brightness and which day your week starts on — are stored the same way. None of it leaves your device: there is no account to create, no server to sign in to, and no sync.
If you have iCloud Backup switched on, iOS may include Glow Up's data in your device backup, the same as it does for any app. That is Apple's backup of your own device, governed by Apple's privacy policy, not something Glow Up sends anywhere.
Nothing. Glow Up makes no network requests. It has no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs of any kind. It does not track you across apps or websites, and it does not ask for permission to, because there is nothing there to ask for.
Settings → Data → Export History writes a CSV or JSON file containing your habits and completions, and hands it to the iOS share sheet. The file is created the moment you tap the button; where it goes after that is your choice, and the app is not involved once you have made it.
Deleting the app removes everything it stored. There is no copy anywhere else to request the deletion of.
Glow Up is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone, of any age.
If this ever changes — if a future version adds sync, for instance — this page will be updated before that version ships, and the date at the top will move.
